Apply: Submit an application online for everyone 18 or older who will live in the apartment. (Application fees are non-refundable.) Result: • Approved: Move forward with no deposit required. • Approved with Conditions: You’ll need to provide a qualifying guarantor, pay a screening deposit, or enroll in the Guarantor Waiver Program. • Denied: Unfortunately, we will be unable to approve the application. Sign Lease: Once approved, review and sign your lease documents electronically. Move In: Pay your first month’s rent and any required fees, pick up your keys, and move in!

Do I need renter’s insurance?

We encourage you to explore available options to protect your personal property.

What is Resident Shield?

Resident Shield is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $264, required at the start of each lease term. This fee provides protection for certain physical damages to your apartment and the building, offering added peace of mind during your residency. While Resident Shield replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and is not an insurance policy, residents remain responsible for unpaid rent, utilities, ancillary fees, and any damages beyond the coverage limit. For additional information, please contact the leasing office.

What is the parking policy?

We offer complimentary parking on a first-come, first-serve basis. Just make sure to register your car during your application
